Favoriting a sitter will keep your fav sitters on your dashboard and easy to find. You can also send a request to all of your favorite sitters at once.

You will have a request to pay your sitter followed by a typing screen. You are welcome to tip your sitter. They did a great job!

You do not need to tip your sitter. However, if they did a great job and your kids had a great time, it’s a great way to show appreciation.

Olive Us has a subscription model, which allows you to book as many sitters as you like in a month! There is also a small service fee to process payments.

Olive Us is built with experience in mind. We require all sitters to be at least 16 years of age.

The video chat feature was created as an interview tool. You can video chat with any candidates and introduce them to your kiddos. This way you know a little bit about each other before a booking.

Absolutely! Just have your sitter download the sitter app and make a profile. You can then search for your sitter, add to favorites, and book!

You can send out another request if your sitter cancels a booking.

Go to your profile to change your password.

Under the Settings nav, you'll find a 'Delete Account' button.

Olive Us is a childcare app created with over 30 years in the nanny industry. Olive Us uses a matching algorithm to find the perfect match based on your personality and childcare philosophies. We use a percentage as our matching gauge to find you the best fit!
